Saturday morning in the suburbs of Northern Virginia is a happening.  Soccer, shopping, and errands.  Debbie and I loaded in the Ferguson cars and headed to the soccer fields to watch Megan.  I promised her on my last trip I'd see her play soon.  Today is the day I honor my commitment.  Like most kids, she doesn't forget.

After soccer I went with David and Michael who were going to the mall for a haircut.  My Sony camera was not coming back to life, and would have to be replaced.  He advised a Target store was in the mall.  I picked up a newer and better camera, cheaper than what I paid for the old.  

Later that afternoon I ran 6 miles, then spent the balance of the day cooking out and watching football.  It was fun.  My niece gave several impromptu dance recitals, and I was sure to heap lots of praise.

It was a fun day.
